Congratulations to Subong Kim, CSD's newest Ph.D., who successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on March 31, 2020, via Zoom. His research mentor is Inyong Choi.

Subong investigated neurological evidence of difficulty in understanding speech in everyday, noisy listening environments in listeners with sensorineural hearing loss and in those with normal hearing. 

Subong has accepted a post-doctoral fellowship at Purdue University.
