Congratulations to Beth Walker! She has been honored as one of the 2021–2023 Dean’s Scholars in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Her award includes a discretionary fund that may be used for any appropriate professional reason, and her name will also be added to a plaque, displayed in the CLAS Dean’s Office, listing all Dean’s Scholars since the award was established in 1999.

"I congratulate you on your accomplishments as a teacher and scholar and note the promise of future accomplishments that have merited this award," said Dean Sara Sanders. "We are proud to have you represent the tradition of excellence and dedication to research and learning that we strive to nurture in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences."
