Dr. Eileen Finnegan is an Associate Professor Emeritus in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Iowa. She earned her Ph.D. in Speech Pathology from the University of Iowa and has a rich background in communicative disorders. Dr. Finnegan’s research focuses on speech and language development, as well as disorders in children and adults. She has been a dedicated educator and mentor, contributing significantly to the academic and clinical training of students in the field.
